The curved geometry of textured concrete winds gently throughout the villa bringing a softness to the architecture that feels calming and airy. Rooms flow naturally from indoor to outdoor and a family-sized kitchen and living room make it easy to accommodate small or large groups. Enjoy your private pool connected to an outdoor dining and lounge area. Plan group activities on our large, ocean view deck. The outdoor patio is just a few steps from the beach where you can take a fresh morning sea swim and then hang by the pool until the afternoon sun arrives. Move from sunbathing to the shaded cover of a tree or relax under the large wooden pergola that hangs overhead. It’s the perfect spot for yoga, meditation, board games or simply laughing and chatting with family and friends. There’s a bar area where you or your butler can mix the perfect evening cocktail while the villa’s chef works their magic on the outdoor grill under the Brazilian Macha tree. Take dinner inside for a change of scenery or simply have it set on the big round patio table and watch the sky change into vibrant colors of oranges, pinks and purples as the sun sets in the distance. It has 3-bedrooms, a family-sized kitchen and living room, a pool and a large outdoor lounge and bar area. At Steppa, interiors transition seamlessly into exteriors and rooms can be opened up as widely or as little as you want. Spaces are both intertwined, yet private, giving you the freedom to choose your preferred level of intimacy and connection. Our private villas include services that feel like a boutique hotel. Each villa comes with a dedicated team – a villa family ready to care for you as little or as much as you want. At our Peeniwalli and Steppa villas, Rohan is your man. He provides butler services and maintains the grounds and villa facilities making sure you have everything you need.
