House Rules

We ask every guest to remember a few simple things about what makes a great guest.

No smoking in areas (other than special smoking area) and no fires permitted. Fire ceremonies may be permitted in winter, with owner onsite and special permissions arranged in advance. No items other than toilet paper in toilets. No noise outside after 11pm. Respect for property, other guests and each other. Pets may be permitted with special permission from owners. Hosts will be given special check in/out times to enable set-up before guests arrive. Cancellation: If Cancelled deposit 30% will be forfeited.
